作家、ニューヨークの「International Center for Photography（ICP）」総括キュレーター。キュレーションを担った直近の展覧会には、「IMMERSION: Gregory Halpern, Raymond Meeks and Vasantha Yogananthan」（ICP, 2023）「William Klein: Yes. Photographs, Paintings, Films 1948-2013」（ICP, 2022）「ACTUAL SIZE! Photography at Life Scale」（ICP, 2022）などがある。また、2020年には三都市に渡って開催されたドイツの写真ビエンナーレ「 Biennale für aktuelle Fotografie 2020 – The Lives and Loves of Images」のキュレーターを務めた。主な著書は『On Photographs』（2020）『So Present, So Invisible – conversations on photography』（2018）『A Handful of Dust』（2015）など。
